Career

In 1999 graduated from the Law Faculty of the Belarusian State University with honours, continued work as a lecturer at the Department of Civil Procedure and Labour Law (Belarusian State University, Law Faculty). In April 2003 he was awarded PhD for the dissertation «Change of Labour Contract».
Since 1999 works as a lecturer, from 2003 – as a Senior lecturer, from 2004 – as an Associate Professor at the Department of Civil Procedure and Labour Law (Belarusian State University, Law Faculty).
Since 2010 – Dean of Law Faculty of the International University “MITSO”, professor of Private Law Department, Since 2011 – Head of Head of Labour Law Centre of the International University “MITSO”.
