On April 28, 2016 the Round table “Development of biologically active additives, medicines and sports nutrition based on lactoferrin obtained from transgenic animals” was held at the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The event was organized by the Institute of Physiology of the NAS of Belarus. The Round table was attended by the leadership of the NAS of Belarus, scientists and specialists from organizations of the Department of Agrarian Sciences, the Department of Medical Sciences, the Department of Chemistry and Earth Sciences, the Department of Biological Sciences, representatives of medical institutions as well as enterprises of the pharmaceutical industry of the country.
